Today was first day working at LOCAA. It was great. I met all the Administrative staff, as well as the Artistic. I had my first coaching today. I didn’t know that I was suppose to work “General Repertoire” and not “Season Rep Prep” with the pianist, so I just borrowed some score from the music library – which I think is AWESOME – and I worked the beginning of Wagner’s Siegfried, singing Mime (Act I, Scene I). It was a really good day… OH, and I got my check from the Met today, too… WOOHOO!
