So I’m back from Phoenix, from an overnight trip. After Act I Tech rehearsal of Lakme at UCLA, I flew to Phoenix from Los Angeles on Saturday night (2/19). I sang for a Met Finalist Concert that the Arizona District sponsored. Linda and Bette of the Friends of the Metropolitan Auditions (FOMA) were very accomodating the whole time I was there. The program for the concert went well. I sang three pieces and a duet. I left Phoenix with clear skies, and got home to L.A. with pouring rain… I guess it’s going to be a wet beginning week.

P.S. Don’t forget Lakme performances on 2/24-2/26 (Thu-Sat 8pm) and 2/27 (Sun 3pm)
