Coached “Ecco ridente…” with Churchwell and Linda Jones, even though I was still having some acid reflux, which I didn’t know until I saw Dr. Mester later today. He gave me some prevacid, and advised me not to drink or eat anything an hour before bedtime. At least I know what was causing all the “draining of energy”. At first, I thought it was allergies, but I guess not. It’s not serious anyway. It’s pretty common for the singers here to have acid reflux. In the evening, I watched part of “Mary Poppins” and played Scattergories with Jane. That’s about it for now.
