MAW, Santa Barbara – Day Sixteen

Had a voice lesson with Battaglia. It went really really well. The coaching with Linda Jones was much better than last week. We we’re able to communicate more regarding the coaching process. One more singing and that’s tonight’s Act IV Finale of Le Nozze di Figaro. (3:30pm)

I continued watching “South Park: The Movie”, but didn’t finish it again. The Figaro rehearsal was one hell of a work. We started with the Act II Finale, and ended with the Act IV Finale. Mozart really wrote heavy high notes (As) for the tenor, especially at the end of Act IV. It felt like “High A” land. Anyway, that’s it for now. Check back tomorrow, again. (10:04pm)
